Ok just got my car like week ago. I can tell the owner has waxed the car recently due to the residue left over in areas he didnt wipe off to well...

But, he took it on road trips and never cleaned off the bugs and there are just little thngs on the hood that piss me off...how can i get this car looking as close to new as possible?

I know there is a ton o things i can do and a ton of products out there, but can you guys just give me a general idea of what to do....ive heard about claybar and stuff. Ive tried goo be gone on the bugs and it didnt work...

help... product names would be greatly appreciated

oh and also..my car smudges from fingerprints and stuff SOO bad..is that cause it has a good wax job on it?

I don't think you can clean off damage done by bug splatter. I think it eats through your clearcoat and messes up your paint.
