Please Help me on Body Kit.

I am looking for a body kit for my TL-S.
Is anybody tell me the differences between after market and oem part. I went to Acura dealer for kit, and they quote me $1350 for the body kit. And I found a lot of web site have better price for after market kit. Also, they are look different each other.
I like OEM kit better. Is any way I can get better price for OEM body kit?
One more thing, should I get unpainted one or painted one ?

Stick with the factory kit. It's painted the same color as your car, and it looks great.
Try and get a deal from a dealer or two. Use one dealer against the other

. You have a nice car, so what the heck if you have to drive 100 or so miles to get your kit!!!
