Folks,
Who is your service adviser at Pleasanton Acura? And how do you like him/her?

My regular adivser is out for a couple of months and the guy I just spoke to is a prick. I don't want to deal w/ an idiot so who do you guys use?

Marisol is my usual advisor. She has been great so far. Like all dealers, there are occassional issues. Last time I was there they hit some random part laying in the garage when they were getting my car out. At least they confessed to damaging my car. They took it to a body shop and it was eventually repaired.
