d2c is a universal for d2r and d2s, the pd stopped givin crap over these here because xenon come stock on most cars now, they basically are trippin over turn signals and stuff like that, its better then my stock because mines were going dim, now i can see much better
i still would want 6500k lol but since old ones went out just didnt want to wait any longer but im happy

^Totally agree 8500k is more WAY more blue than it is than bright. For myself it's more of a safety/visibility issue than a looks issue when it come to my lights. I'd rather spot a deer at 400ft away than be able to see it PERFECTLY in vivid detail at 150ft. At least I would be able to have more time to react.

dont have to worry about deers over here lol and plus the light output seems about the same to me, but better then the past few months since it seemed my old ones were dimming out, also they look more blue in the pictures they are really not that dark shade of a blue

Well aslong as you like it, it was worth it wasnt it?

with HIDS, the more K the less light.....the k's are for kelvin and temperature measurement is for the colour of the bulb. the higher the k the more blue it gets.
the lower the k the more pure white it is which increases visibility distance

The bluish color does look good though even if not as bright overall.
Yeah man, those are a bit to bluey..once you get on dark roads, you'll really notice the output isn't that great. The folks are right, since your old bulbs were dying, these will look brighter..but when you pull up to another car with HID on a dark road, you'll clearly see you might as well be sportin parking lights.
I suggest at a minimum 6000K if you want a different look, or go with the 5000K or better yet..stock 4300's!
Remember, blue light is for cops..they will hassle you, especially late at night..just another excuse to get you pulled over, I hope this doesn't happen to you..especially after hittin the club!
