i am pretty sure... it's the bulb because one of my bulb was changing it's color after 8 or 10 secs after i turn the lights on so i replaced both the bulbs that i bought from ebay. it's been a year so far so good.

pink means the bulb is dying. i think you can get a pair for like $35 from one of our vendors.

35 dollars?! Hope you're not talking about the regular halogens.

Yea, my car has pink eye also, so bulb is gonna die. Ordered the Kaixen from Excelerate, and recieved it today.

mait req is nothing more than the `7500 miles since last manual reset` oil change reminder

brown burnt smelling trans fluid--what do you think it means? got a good relationship with your service manager?

when's the last time you changed fluid?

pink headlight at start is the death warning
kaixen is well respected--stay low Ks color rating- car has 4300k stock, go with 5000 and no higher
you will like the more blue,, but still see the road fine

any higher and you lose visable light to see with

I run 6k and not that happy on dark roads for being able to see the roadway
In other conditions they are great
if buying again it would be 5ks'

if matching looks is that important do whatever you want!
our sponsor Excelerate has kaixen or search the internet

Picked mine up from Excelerate and I just installed the Kaixens tonight. I picked up the 5ks' and they look good. It was a bitch to install especially the passenger side since there wasn't a lot of room to work with and I had problems clipping the light back on too.

thats why the other method is: remove the bumper cover and the entire light housings- easy to work on that way!

new bulbs need about 50 hours run time to `burn in` and reach normal color and full brightness
Drive with lights ON all the time.. to get them ready for winter
