Pics of wreck from tranny failure
I saw a thread that had a link to the pics' of Shyne wreck from transmission failure ..the link did not work at all ...anyone know a path right to it ?
Would love to post the pic of my car wreck due to tranny failure,but don't have a scanner and the photos' weren't taken with a digital cam.
Can anyone lead me to the right link ..

Thankyou for the well wishes.
My wreck involved someone plowing me from behind ... my car is smahed up almost as shynes' but my back window did not shatter as his windshield obviously did.
My transmission locked ... does anyone familiar with Shynes transmission know how his ocured with front end damage... ?

Yeah, he just started posting on AW a few weeks ago. He was involved in some legal action because of the accident, unfortunately.
I'm glad he came out of it OK.

Replacement? Ok... The wrecked car LOOKS WHITE in the pic.... The car I think I seen him post pics of NOW is BLACK.....
So ...What about replacement???? From the INS ,co ?

A cura world.com ...... make sure you put the a close to the rest of letters ,unlike what I did HERE ..I did this bacuase it doesn't let you put it together ...? Anyway its in 2nd gen forum under the heading .. Taking Acura to court .. use the search on page if necessary ..k

That Girl: I don't think any of that panned out quite the way you think it might have. More importantly, I thought you were going to post some pics of your collision??? Have you actually had your tranny diagnosed and repaired again??? Has a reconstruction expert and/or mechanical engineer looked at your car and the others?

I know what the feeling is like. I had my tranny replaced and 5 days later I was in 6 lanes of rush hour traffic moving 70+ mph when my TL's new tranny started downshifting and jerking all over the road until it finally caught a gear. If it had died, I would have been run over literally. I called the Dealer GSM and basically said that if I crashed because of this tranny, and I survived, his dealership would not. After having waited for 23 days for the new tranny, this was too much.
The bought my TL back the next day for what the retail price would have been for the current mileage!

Fact is I am NOT the least bit interested in your antagonising comment's . I was almost killed "twice "
in a 1 month period !!!
due to this tranny issue ... I have every right to say as I like ,since you are so STONE cold as I am perfectly aware ,you need NOT comment further to me ...
Your comment about Shynes' wreck ,due to his tranny not turning out as I thought????
I KNOW all about it .... Nothing further needing said ~ your statis as a claims adjuster for issues ,just such as this one show's me WHERE your coming from ..it's all about your JOB.... Hey and I realise your JOB means everything to you ...So we'll both fight our own fight's............
Apple .... This is the second wreck that " I " know of due to tranny locking up ... Would you be so COLD if someone died in one of these accidents????????

No that is NOT correct .. my first tranny replacement was done immediately after THAT incidence...
And AFTER that I was hoping all was going to be alright ,I had a BRAND NEW TRANNY~ just like the first that was in a 6 month old CAR.... , after that I had found this message board... and then something much worse happened ..... An accident ,involving three cars' one of the car's had a baby in it~
I wonder what some would think if this had involved one of their own family members'
Nothing HIT's CLOSER TO HOME then something like this involving themselves' or one of your own family members'
Some people just have NO compassion for other lives' others' do ,I happen to be one of those ..
I would hate to think what it must be like to be such a cold individual.
