Thumbs up PICS: Value kit/Mugen Grill/etc...on my TL!!!

I finally did it. I have been hiding this for a few months and now it is time. I would like to thank Ken, 1999TL, ValueTL, Bigman, mp3coupe for their inspiration and help.

What was done to my TL:

- Value Sport front bumper w/fogs
- Mugen grill
- Took out the pinstripe
- Got new paint-job
- Got new tires (Nitto NT450 225/45/17)

The rest can be found here:

Do you have anything planned for the difference in size of the JDM license plate and the US plate? ...maybe a license plate frame?

Exclamation WOW!

Binh,

Great job to the car! Aren't you a bit worried that you're going to 'bottom out' your brand new Value front bumper??? I remember seeing your OEM kit back in Niagara ...

Great job. I was thinking of driving down to NJ area in August for a friend's wedding but was getting cold feet with all the HID 'jackings ... safe to bring a Canadian car down? (I read that they're keying / smashing windows on Canadian cars due to us not helping 'the cause' ...) What's this world coming to?

I need a new paint job cause I had so many scratches on my hood before that you could've played tic-tac-toe on it. And since I had to paint the value bumper I figured might as well paint everything else.

Yea, I ran into a little problem with the license plate/holder. The JDM license plate holder holes are wider than the US spec license plate holes. So instead of getting a license plate frame, I had a friend drill 2 extra holes on my license plate to match up with the JDM bumper. I wish I could've left the license plate off but the cops will pull me over in a second. Plus my car has too many illegal stuff on it anyways so why risk it.

Sup Derrick,

Believe it or not I am not as low as I was last year. I don't want to mess up the Value bumper so I didn't want to go too low.

Where does your friend live in NJ? Not all of jersey is bad.:p Just don't take your car to the city. Oh and where the hell did you hear about canadian cars being picked on?

But if you do decide to come down, give me a ring so we can hang out.
