PICS! Put my OEM Body Kit on!!!!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm so glad I did this myself!! Acura wanted $300 to put it on. I was like, nah man. So, I took 2.5 hrs of my Friday and put it on myself.
First off, you folks here on this board are great. With all the posts and DIY info, the install was exactly like you all said. Pretty straight forward. I think the most annoying part of the install was getting the side skirts off. But, with some pressure from my foot pushing forward, it popped off. Install was a breeze. Folks, if you plan on getting an OEM kit, save yourself the money and DIY!
So, here are the before and after pics. Thanks again for your help. This board is the shiznit!!

Thanks, not sure of how much lower it is. I think an inch or two maybe. I have an Accord that I will use for the Minnesota winter. Unless I am traveling in or out of Minnesota on a road trip and get caught in a winter storm, this car will not see any snow time. They use nothing but salt here. I wouldn't be worried about ground clearance. It's not a whole lot less clearance if you ask me.

kit makes a huge difference, it's lookin great! I still have to put mine on, it's sitting on my floor. Being that my car is the same color, you just motivated me even more to set some time aside this weekend

Hey Diamond, that's great! Get off the couch and stop watching infomercials
Jokes, just jokes. Seriously, I highly recommend laying a blanket down so that your kit never touches the driveway, garage floor etc. I could tell that mine smelled like real fresh paint and as your putting the kit on, it will drag or fall down as your putting it in place. It really isn't bad putting it on. It was 90+ degrees and high humidity the day I put mine on. Hot Hot Hot. Good luck, you'll enjoy. I've already had a few folks say some nice things at the light and the gas station. OEM kits are not in abundance here in Minneapolis I guess

Looks really nice! I'd love to get one for my car, but with my car already lowered 2"s I don't know how much ground clearance I'd have. I don't scrape speed bumps now, but I may if I get the body kit!

The body kit weighs next to nothing. They are extremely light.
Drilling the holes for the front piece is very easy. Set the body kit piece on, mark the holes, take it off, drill, put it back on, and screw it in. Simple.
I'm now again seriously thinking about getting the H&R Sport springs. I already have the body kit on there, and don't care if the front piece gets scraped. Car's leased, body kit was purchased and put on by myself.
Will let you guys know how that one turns out.

Just ordered the kit, but my schedule is way too hectic so I'm going have a garage install it. I have springs to put on also so might as well do it all in one shot

Thanks everyone! It gets a few stares now. It sits in the garage most of the time since I ride the bus to work every day :-)
The drilling of the holes was stupid easy. I actually didn't drill the middle 2 or 3 holes on the front lip. It was getting ready to rain, so I got all but the couple in the middle screwed in. I'll add the remaining bolts later on. It holds really tight though now. Don't be scared to drill. It's all hollow under there and the urethane is very soft. Takes about 2 seconds to drill the hole and then you feed the bolt through and put the nut on the other end. Very simple. I promise you.
Using the drive up ramps that I use to change my oil really helped me get under the car to install the front lip.
I would recommend putting a coat of wax on before you put on the front and rear pieces since the go right over the existing urethane.
Again, if you are installing this, make sure you get some old blankets or the wrap that come in the packages and lay them around the bottom of your car. As you put these pieces on, they will drag around on the ground and stuff.
I also highly recommend using the DIY info on this board. I can't remember who typed it, but they were right on the money. I actually printed out the page and used.
I also have the pdf files for installing this from Acura. Can I send these to a moderator and perhaps put those attachments on the DIY board to assist anyone else who may want them?

On a difficulty scale 1-10 10 being hardest, I would say 6. 6 only because of getting off the side skirts is a little tricky.
As far as time, under 3hrs. For me, 2.5hrs and saved nearly $300 in install costs vs going to Acura to put it on

No gaps whatsoever. Nice and snug around the whole kit. As I tightened down the kit, I reached around and put pressure on it so it would fit tighter. Seemed to work
