Question Picking up my TL

I have been with this site for a year now, and I'm just turning 16 in about 2 months (TL Obsession). So of course, I'm about to get a 2nd gen TL. I have been offered one for 7K by a family member, and it is in pretty good condition. Never been in a crash etc. Anyway, I got to see it for the first time two days ago, and there was like loose leather and crap everywhere! The soon to be seller has informed me that anything I come up with, she will fix. So, besides the list below, what do you guys think I should ask to be checked or fixed? Some of the things on the list are specific to this exact cars condition.

-Tighten/Fix leather around arm rests on sides and center console
-Install new transmission (the one that is going to be recalled
-New or tune brakes
-Ask about leather on the left side of the front right seats head rest
-Clean or change the rear view mirror (the one inside the car)
-Fix back left coat hanger and hand grip
-Check if the BOSE label is pealing on the main speaker over the trunk
-Check white spots on the ceiling around the center left part of the car to see
if they can be cleaned
-See if trunk can be set to automatically rise easier when pushed open
-Make sure the ceiling felt is securely fastened
-Replace (if needed) windshield wipers
-Put back in that part that had fallen off (that was on the armrest)
-Window control on the back left door (check the others also) has
paint chipping
-Check if the wireless controller is working at its proper distance (unlock,
lock controller, etc.)

With Love for Judisim, Greyhounds, New RLs, and of course TLs.

Those are all minor things that can be fixed relatively easily (excecpt for the transmission).

I would check all the fluids for level and color. Take it for a test drive and make sure the car drives right. Take it to a shop and have them check out the underbody and the drivetrain thoroughly. Torn CV boots, loose exhaust, whatever. Shouldn't cost more than a hundred bucks (if that, even) to get this done.

What year/model?

Most of the interior stuff is minor like pure adrenaline said, I would focus on the mechanical side of the car to insure that there are no major problems.

You're buying a used car but it looks like you're asking for a brand new condition car.
Just check the mechanical stuffs and make sure they're in good condition or function.
what year is it?

There are no major problems I know of. It drives fine. It is an 01'. Also, the seller has said that she will get anything fixed or checked, without any cost to me, that I say.

It's my grandma (Reason for the price), and shes taking it in for her 35K service tommarow (1/18/05). She has offered to pay for fixing ANYTHING I point out, so I don't see the need to insist on fixing it mysef.
