JCharged, you're running an 11:1 3.5-S, isnt that right?

Correct sir. Now I plan to have a custom Intake manifold setup in a few months. I figured I could take the top end apart, have the heads milled and leave the gaskets intact. that will increase my overall static compression slightly.

While I'm at it I plan to add the blockguard and upgrade valvetrain. Richie's harness makes for the rev limit to be a little higher. Not sure if gains are to be had with just a stock ECU but I'm sure with tuning...we could finally have some fun. Also makes for some nice insurance with the upgraded parts.

I am still trying to afford a standalone. I think it will be much less heartache to go with that rather than tooling with the e-manage and FIC.

Now that the tuning is becoming more supportive, I hope you can get a jumpstart on the rebuild. I wish I could turn back and start all over sometimes. It is a nice OEM upgrade but I'm just not happy with the money I've spent on it. Should've waited and got the crank knife-edged/balanced, block hottanked, bore 0.5 over, have the rods shotpeened and etc.

Anyhow, swapping crazyness. Can't wait to see more and more motor MAYHEM!!!
once i find out which 6 spd will be the best bet, i'll start pricing and putting time into my S 6spd swap. so far the 3gn 6 speeds seem to be easier to find.. although they are pricey, its convinient and newer stuff always makes me feel better.

i still havent looked into the accord MT's yet though, i believe somebody said those will work too?

$800 later you can have LSD. Just take the time to install it onto the transmission.

Will do. You spoke to Constantine right? Good guy right there. If you want we can rip the car apart together I called him a couple of days ago and told him I was coming to get the ECU, as well as all the in-dash wiring I can salvage and the pedal assembly. I'm told him I'm going to TRY to pull the master cylinder, but that thing is wedged in there so tight I doubt it will happen...

PM me your number foo! Can you get texts?

For straights? 572 Bigblock Twin Turbocharged in any chassis.

For real racing (roadracing, AutoX)? suspension, tires, driver mod.

Helps equal the load. Even if you aren't all for mad tight handling, your axles will love you...tires too. That is if you race. Can't hurt to have it to be honest.

I have this

there's some control unit inside the dash for this? I just assumed the ECU handled it. Where under the dash it is? Is it part #5? 37850-PGE-A01 CONTROL UNIT, BYPASS VALVE

Thanks Kris, I'll be sure to grab it when I go back. I plan on pulling all the electronics and wiring out that I can to be on the safe side, other than the steering column stuff of course. That belongs to Phee
