I am thinking about changing my fog lights. Will the PIAA Plamsa Spark Blue rated at 7150K be too blue/purple to get pulled over by law enforcement. Any comments would be appreciated. Stock HID's are rated around 6000K

If you're talking about stock HID for 99-03 TL, they are rated at 4100k-4300k NOT 6000k. 6000k bulbs are aftermarket (illegal/not sold in US/not DOT/SAE approved) but you can still get away with putting them in. 7150K ratings for these aftermarket Xenon fill Halogen bulbs depends on the wattage/light housing etc. so it's hard to say if they would be too blue or purple. I doubt it tho, all these Halogen gas filled bulbs always give off a yellowish hue.

I believe they are rated at 55 watts (9906) My PIAA extremes whites are still too yellow compared to the stock HID'S. I decided to get these because I was getting tired of the PIAA Plasma Ion Yellow bulbs. I will transfer the Extreme whites to my GF Honda Accord high beams. She already runs PIAA for her lowbeams.
