I just want it brighter than the stock. And try to color the tick marks. Certainly not concentrated. Just until I find some time to do this DIY.

I may just live with the dim lights until then...

u cant change needle colors. im not very sure if i want to do LED guages for any members anymore due to the odd requirements some ppl have.

if u have a spare set of guages and want yours done then im willing. but am not willing to trade guages or send my guages in exchange for others.i also will not do these for ppl over seas. i just recieved 9932's guages that i shipped at the beginning of the year. they were returned to sender for some reason.

Can you do mine if i send you my set? I would like it like pictured above. Will the needle light just light the above. I read threads that some needle dont really light up that well> I think the light comes from the base of the needle.

THanks!

Great job, but I see one slight problem. I think your leds are pointing in the opposite direction that they need to be.

its not about adding more. its about turning the LED's around. they shouldnt be facing inward. they should point toward the numbers in the gauge

Sorry Phee, don't mean to jump on your thread but just wanted to make a couple of points...

You'll have the answer about the dimmer once my DIY is complete. My battery just died while starting one part of it. Have to wait for recharge before continuing on.

And I wouldn't use blue leds for the odometer...the red door/trunk indicators wont show up properly. Again, its part of my DIY.

Just hang in there.....

im guessing in order to get them to dim you have to run the power from the actual board itself instead of a constant power source.

i hope you guys have been using voltage regulators
