Performance Headers

Hello, i really want to get some headers on my 2000 TL, but i wanted everyone's input on the different types. Comptech of course is 1250, plus install, Prototype Racing is 1000 and has a unique design and seems to offer more hp at lower RPM, and slightly less at higher than comptech. And lastly there is OBX racing, at 340, they supposedly offer a little more hp all around than comptech. Does anyone have any real world experience or suggestions. I don't have unlimited funds, and would like the best bang for my buck, but i dont want to buy a piece of **** product either. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

Jake

prototype equal length design was sold to

opak racing, the header could take another year before it's on the mkt in mass production. obx 's quality is questionable? welds and fittings seem substandard? you need a gasket for the manifold?..., you get what you pay for!, even though comptech markup is ridiculous! it's because they can! don't know of anyone who's got one ( obx ) on their tl?

Greddy is releasing their header...sooner or later. Comptech is actually selling for $1075 right now from Deansbluesi on www.acura-cl.com. Prototype has not released their headers. OBX is $340 but awaiting long term "street test".

Higher cost does not always equal better product.
