I just noticed that somebody stole the ACURA letters off my license plate cover....i mean c'mon. I would have given them away if the person had just asked. I swear!!

Well, I've given up on using steel valve stem caps long ago. Thieves kept stealing my steel caps that I ended up using black rubber caps instead. No one steals rubber caps.

I never saw this thread but I've have to say living in Providence is worst then Newport. If your car was around here with your nice wheels im pretty sure someone will be eyeing it and trying to steal them......not just for your caps.....i've had a pair of type s stole from the back on my house i had to donate him my pair....they left the car on bricks not a single scratch on the car and not only that it had factory wheel locks (i won't go into info on how it can be removed but believe me your $50 dollar wheel lock that you buy at the dealer can only stop a dumb thief) we had a integra gsr stolen from work the bastard followed my brother all the way to work and it even had an alarm on it and guess what we find it two blocks from the house.......civics and integras are the ones that get hit the most. last week my boys automatic integra got stolen they took his wheel and leather seats........funny thing is we know who those bastard are and boy did they get a ass whooping from my brother when he caught them in the streets...for all i know its the same people stealing and the cop aint doing crap about it.......they tell you need to mark your wheels in order for proof that those are yours hello reciept???....

Seriously the more I think about it. It makes me angry, how I feel about stealers, It reminds me of the time my car was broken into... I was so mad I wanted to kill someone.
Long story short... I set up bait, nice car parked in the dark, unlock doors... I camped out with a friend, metal bat, SiG, and some popcorn and waited... but no luck. nothing happen.

You Should be glad that all they took was the valve stem caps ..... I had my AirBags (Driver n Passenger ...steering n dash resp.) stolen couple of months ago and that wasn't funny neither was it pretty cuz they chopped it off and it cost $1800 to fix n replace. Thanks to my Insurance company tho'.
