I'm getting new foot pedals, I noticed that the gas and brake are welded onto the bar. Am i suppose to put the new pedals over the original or do i have to take off the original first? Does this also apply to indiglo pedals too?

 

most pedals simply attach onto the old pedals.

 

Or you screw em on
