During a rain storm I had my wipers on. When I came to a stoplight I felt a vibration on the brake pedal every time the wipers swept over the glass. Anyone ever experiened this, or know what the problem might be?

Yes. I have a 2000 TL, and I have noticed the same windshield wiper motor vibration through the gas pedal. The last time I felt anything like that was in my father's 1984 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser! There is no excuse for it in a car of this price range.
Probably just another little annoying trait of this car. Along with the quirky transmission, smearing windshield washer fluid (which I had fixed after two attmepts at the dealer... they weren't even aware of the TSB), poor paint quality, etc. I guess it all comes down to Honda of America taking some short cuts to reach the desired price point of the TL.
The TL is excellent on paper. It does have a wonderful engine (too bad it wasn't matched to a tranmission just as smooth and sure of itself). But after 12,000 miles of actually living with the car, you realize all the little unrefined annoyances that should not be present given the price we paid for it.
Let us know if you have any luck with getting the vibration fixed.

I'll let you know about the fix, if there is one. As far as the windshield streaking, I thought this was due to the wipers. I had them changed and it seems to have solved the problem. I'll try changing the fluid as well. I also put on some rain -X which helps as well. No excuse for thin paint on a 30K plus car.
