ok so this has been driving me a little nuts today. the compter in our tls whats the proper term for it. my dad wont stop calling it ECM, i always thought it was ECU, and i even hear people call it PCM. so what the hell is the correct term, or is there even a difference

 

There isnt a difference in our car. They are all referring to the unit that controls the car(and in our case the trans and other system as well)
