Unhappy Passenger Rear Rattles, does anyone else have any idea of what?

... man... I not quite sure where exactly, but I do know that the rattle was coming from the passenger rear corner of the car. From experience of my previous car, accord, I thought the rattle was coming from the window from or the door panel... I brought the car to the dealer and they confirmed that the rattle existed, but also couldn't quite put their finger on what exactly is making all the rattling sound. As I said, I suspect that the rattles are coming from the window from, because whenever I hear the rattle, I'd roll the passenger rear window down a inch, and it goes away... not completely, but it greatly reduced the rattles. Anyone have any idea what's making all those noise? Anyone have experienced such rattles and had them taken care of?

A common rattle is the rear shelf, you know where the sub is. Mine rattled on the driver's side. If you pushed on it, you could here it. I just took a small piece of cardboard and shoved it in between the shelf and the bottom of the windshield. You only need a small piece so that you can push it in fat enough so you don't see it.

Voila! Rattle was gone.

I had a rattle in the rear and found that one of the child safety seat anchor covers was rattling. Snapped it down and the noise went away.

what kind of a noise is it?
I have a light click click sound that I thought was coming from the rear deck. It is the rear passenger side. But after inspecting the car some more, I found that it was probably the headliner in the back. Someone posted about a similar noise that he fixed by some valcro.
He took down the headliner in the back and there are three staples that were exposed and hitting the roof, hence make the click click sound. I think that's my problem too and will try to fix it this weekend. Maybe that's the problem you have as well. Check into it.
I believe the thread title was "easy rattle fix" or something like that.

There's a rattle in what I'm sure is the window in the same area of my mom's TL. It drove me nuts while I was driving it. I took it in to the dealer 3 times and every time they said the took apart the whole door and lubed/tightened everything...but the rattle never stopped. I don't know if it's still there now b/c I don't drive my mom's TL.

Hey fahoumh, Is there a spoiler on your mom's TL? Because the dealer just told me today that the spoiler may have been responsible for the rattles.
