The Part I need is???
I was driving on the stupid 110 fwy in california today which is the oldest know freeway in california thats yet to be updated. The freeway curves quite a bit and I was unable to see around the curve since I was doing about 70-75 mph, I noticed I smacked something hard and fast. Looking in my rearview it looks like a shredded up tire. Didn't think it did anything when I started hearing scraping noises sounded like the wind was getting into the weather stripping at first. I pulled over sure enough the front fender splash shield is jacked up the part covering the AEM CAI was gone and the middle one was dragging hard so I had to just untwist it and push it up enough to get to work. I found what it is at this website but is it part #4 or #6? Not sure if its FENDER, R. FR. (INNER) or FENDER, L. FR. (INNER). I'm assuming its left but, rather buy one part and not two. Thanks

you'll be needing the left fender. mine came off last week, had to order one. the part number is : 74151-S0K-A01
There is also an older model. 74150-S0K-A00 which is a little cheaper, but maybe it's because of the design.
Hope this helps!

You need to give a link to the website so we can see what part #4 & #6 you are talking about. My splash guard is messed up on both sides and you can see the filter of my CAI when you look in front of the driver's side wheel.

then you need the part that i listed. IF you goto www.acuraautomotiveparts.org which has the pic, you'll see that 74151-S0K-A01 is for the left hand side, part number 6. There's two models, but they said the A01 is better. I cant confirm that, they both looked the same to me.
thanks guys, the middle one is hanging rite now too so I think I should replace that too, I tied it up for the meantime but it sags so then I turn the wheel to the right all the way it rubs that thing
...I just hope that it didn't pull out any of the mounting points on the fender because when I took a quick look it looked like of the upper points that the self tapping screw goes in is broken in half, maybe that won't be a problem
Not really, it just keeps it clean under there. When you drive, the dirt and/or water from the road will shoot up there. Probably not good to keep it off for too long, but I don't see it hurting too much.
