Park Ave and Jens service is grea!
stopped by park ave acura today during lunch, cuz i got a brand new creak/squeek in the last couple of weeks. was making an appointment when Jens happened to walk by. I jokingly asked if he had some time to look at my noise and he said "ye, sure" walked right outside and went driving in my car to see the noise. what a guy! luckily we both heard the noise and he will probably work it until its no more, tomorrow, during the appointment... can't beat that kind of service...

awesome service
yea...i think they have the best service!! i went there for a scheduled service, and Jens replaced a cracked foglight under warrenty, wheel alignment under warrenty, and got all the creaks and squeaks out. Park Ave. rules

I just got a questionaire in the mail and I filled out excellent on everything! I also wrote a nice comment...

I still maintain that it's Jens and not park ave that's great... when I went for service, it obviously was NOT Jens who did the work.. screwed up my Magnacor wires and made my idling more jerky than it ever was ... but i guess u cant please everyone

I LOVE hearing that Park Ave is so great.....but it just makes me more and more envious.......the "great" dealership I bought my ride at is 3 hours away and the "almost standard" dealership closest to me leaves much to be desired......5 trips down and they still can't fix the dayam creak in the cabin. Going to have to try another dealership an hour away and see if it brings better results.
