painted b pillars... now what

on my 3rd attempt i think i successfully got a good primer, base and clear on the pillars.. they are drying overnight now... rushing is what put me on my 3rd attempt... anyway, after the clear has sat a day or 2.. what do i use to make it even shinier, i don't have a buffer - basically , what chemical do i need to buy to polish it or whatever - something I can find at an autozone.... they just have so many different things im not really sure what I need....

I use these. You can find smaller 32oz bottles in some auto parts stores, and paint stores.

3M makes a swirl remover that can be used

stay away from rubbing compounds. They are very abrasive and will cause alot more work if used wrong

awesome.... ive seen that stuff at the local store.. one more question... I took a lot of time the last round and it really does look pretty good as is.... i just don't want to mess it up and have to start over again - any tips - keep in mind I will just be using polishing cloths as i don't have a buffer and my cordless drill just got stolen from my porch yesterday... I should be fine with just a cloth for the pillars right? i mean they aren't that big or anything - thanks for the quick replies btw

it will take longer by hand thats about it. You may not achieve alot more shine at all. you will smooth the finish off by wetsanding and polishing. Just take your time. thats about all there is to it
