Paint

do deales normally have paint in stock that they can share?

I mean if I go and ask them if they can give me (or sell me) a tiny bit of Aegean Blue Perl, are they going to look at me like crazy?

I just have a few stone chips that I want to repair myself with the help of Langka - http://www.langka.com

My understanding of Langka is that it removes the blob of paint and leaves an even surface. Basically Langka is a paint solvent.

I tried Langka for some scratches and it did not work at all. It may work better for chips since they may be deeper... but for scratches... it removed all of the touch-up paint no matter how lightly I rubbed.. so not just the blob was removed.. but everything I just put on.

As for touch-up paint itself.. it was under $15 at my dealer.....
