I am trying to install a gold outer grille molding to my TL-S. To remove the the original chrome hood (top part) molding, I need to remove four cap nuts and one clip. Anybody know how (with what tool) to remove the one clip. I find it quite difficult to reach the clip. Thanks.

Try using a long flat head screwdriver.

 

get a baby flat head s.driver...pry it against the backside of the clip...on the front push the tab in with your finger...should be a snap to come out...beware though when you are taking off the bolts though, i stripped casing to the middle bolt and it kept on spinning...i couldnt take my grill off...i had to get in there w/a dremel and cut it off...sounds a lot easier than it was...turn the bolts to the right to loosen...Shyne
