But it still puts a smile on my face when you take a ricer civic or prelude and you got 3 friends with you!

It shouldnt...You just wasted gas on that race

Why do you consider it a waste? No different then spending $7 on a latte or some starshmucks drink! Thats a waste to some people and not to others.
i dont consider paying to do something that you enjoy or that makes you feel happy as a waste.

No problem with racing and i enjoy it and do not might spending money to do it at the track. I was more just saying that racing a Civic was a waste of gas. unless you get one of the few civics that is kinda quick it shouldnt be much of a race. Wasnt knocking you. If you want some fun go hunt down some V8s like fox body mustangs and then the 4.6. if both drivers are pretty equal its a pretty fun race

I race alot of V8 mustangs in my 03 TL-S. In the my old car club they all drove mustangs from all gens, we have a 87 SC fox body, 04 SC Saleen, full bolt-on 04 GT and like 6 other mustangs w/mods....

I race these guys all the time. Of course I loose alot but I can beat the stock V8's we run with and all the V6's. They all talked shit about my car until they raced me a few times. It aint fast but its deff not slow

Fast or not fast we all have to admit that our cars look's are still better then the new shit comming out. Iono about you guys but i love the desighn of my tl, and sure i wish i had a stick, but honestly our cars are still good enough to compete with the new toyota, nissan, and others in its class. plus why do u need to go fast in the first place, just coast so everyone can admire your ride...

Yes good sir I do reside in the Bay Area as well, but my automobile is not black on black, its black and retains a beige interior. I installed some Halos "mythical religious creature "angel"" eyes, I did not publish this response and it was edited by my dear friend, he does not own an Acura "Honda in Japan" but a Nissan "Nissan in Japan" but he is quite literate in the arts of writing.

He drives a 2001 Mustang GT manual. His car is completly stock and mine just has the mods listed below on my sig and since then i got some headers. Anyways, Im cruising comfortably at 80 when he zooms right by me, he waits for me to catch up and we lined up head to head and floored it the same time, and i stayed with him neck to neck from 60 to 120! We were dead even. I know mustang GT's arent really blazing fast cars but still im totally impressed that my v6 fwd luxury four door was just as fast if not a bit faster. Does anyone feel the same way about these cars?
race him light to light from a stop, stang more initial low end torque.

2nd gen faster than 3g tl, i drove two as loaners and they ran like a hefer when i gunned it
