Aesthetically speaking, what is your opinion on the moonroof wind deflector, in particular, on a 2001 nighthawk black TL.
thanks

it works good...i had mine on but then i took it off...its a blower cause once you take it off..theres marks from where it was...if you have it open alot i would say go for it...if you dont then dont put it on there

I had one on a previous car, and it worked fantastic...
Just be sure that you realize that installing it is a commitment to keep it on as a permanent accessory... The reason I don't have one on my current car is NOT because it did not work, or because I didn't like it... I just don't like what the rubber gasket does to the paint over time...
With my previous car, I removed it to wax it and saw the damage, and then just lived with the fact that it was a permanent fixture...
Good luck on your decision!

guys, thanks for your opinion, but im actually more concerned with how it looks more then how well it works. (i'd be getting it for the looks, i dont really use my sunroof all that much) .
so if i can get more opinions on the look of it, i'd appreciate it.
thanks!

Personally, I would only get it for the utility... I don't think that it is something I would put on just for aesthetics...
It doesn't look bad at all...on the contrary, it looks pretty nice... But still, I would not get it if I did not need/want to use it for what it was designed for...

It does work as far as keeping the wind noise down... but as I said to a similar post a year or two ago... "it looks like a wig" or a raver's uglyazz old school hair style... just that it's on a vehicle...

Thanks guys for pointing out what the visor will do to the paint. I WAS thinking about getting one for mine. I'll learn to live with the wind noise.
