Post Operation SnowFlake

Well, my 45minute ride home today took 3 1/2 hours. SUCKED. Didn't have anything else to do so I counted TL's in the opposite lane. 14 TL's between exit 14 and 1 on 287 in NJ.

Well, 3 hours is alot but the traffic never moved faster than 4mph. RL huh, I've only seen maybe 1 or 2 of them in a month. Perhaps they just don't stick out as much?

Took me a little over 2 hrs to get home. Saw only 2 RLs. Damn, doesn't anyone know how to drive in this state anymore. Almost got into 3 different accidents 'cause everyone's in a hurry to get nowhere.

If I knew it would take me 3+ hours to get home i'd either have left as soon as the snow started or stayed late and browsed the net.

And your right, people can't drive for $hit. There were several cars today that wouldnt budge more than 2mph while there was 500feet of noone in front of them. ART#(*($*&(*$@*&$

I saw 17 in less than 15 minutes in the car today (that covers about 10 miles). They're ALL OVER Stamford.

Yeah its pretty brutal out here in Long Island. Even though there's only about three to four inches on the ground, its solid ice underneath. I was rolling to a stop light at about five miles an hour and when i hit my brake, my abs kicked in heavily and i didn't even slow down! I would have hit the guy in front of me if i didnt turn my wheel. And it took me approximately 50 minutes to go 2.5 miles to school. Then our class was cut short, about 30 minutes total and I had the same trouble getting home. Traffic was NUTS!!!

15 mins. But parking lot was full of snow and I almost spun out when leaving. Stupid slush. You guys see the 100+ car pile up on the beltway here in Nova?

S**T the worst I ever did on 287 from exit 10 to 1 was 1.5 hours... I am glad I don't work in NJ anymore... but you should know whenever it snows in NJ you either leave before it starts or wait till at least 7pm when the traffic clears...
...and yeah NJ sucks at cleaning the roads
