has anyone dealt with matrixracing.com?....i ordered new tail lights for my car and i haven't even gotten an email saying that my purchase was processed...no shipping or tracking info...what gives?.....anyone know how i can find this info?...i tried emailing the site twice..but that didn't work.....

 

Try calling their number and harassing them.

 

Find out what city and state they are located and call the BBB.... Let them handle it for you...

 

I dealt with matrixracing when I bought the '02 tails from ebay about six months ago, and have absolutely no complaints at all. The response was prompt and product was perfect. The new tails make an immeasureable difference to the rear end. Have you checked your credit card account to see if any money was charged against it? That would be my first thought.

 

Yeah I got the tails from them too. They lost my email and got it all mixed up. But once you contact them they should resolve it promptly.
