One more thought about headlight theft...
It seems odd to me that these "civic guys" just happen to find these TLs in parking lots when they have only been parked for a bit. I wonder if they were actually followed into the lot.
If you are going to mess with a car, the safest time to do it is just when the driver goes into the store or building they are destined for, as they will probably be in there for a while. If they find a parked car by itself, there is not guaranty that the driver won't show up at the same time they do.
That being said, I would advise the New Jersey Rt 3/Rt 46 contingent to keep their eyes on their rear view mirrors. You might just see a "tail" that could be one of the "ring".
It may take a while, but if everyone in that area reports in to the board if they seem to be being followed by a particular car, and multiple members report seeing the same car following them, you may start to see a pattern.
Hey, it's paranoia, yeah. But at least it is a place to start. Plus, it beats getting shot or injured.
What do you guys think?

Jon, I think your right. I constantly look into all my mirrors and I notice whos behind me and how far so I am sure to know if a car is following me. From now on, I will also check to see if they are following me.
Good work

Good Point.
I know I will look from now on. DO you 99-2001 TL owners feel a little safer that the 2002 are out. I think they would steal theirs before they touch ours.

'Big Daddy Diggler'
I had a white van behind me about a month ago and it didnt stop following me. Now i live in a spot where you see a car once ever 3 or 4 hours pass by. We play football in the street, thats how scarce traffic is. But this van followed me directly to my house, so i drove passed my house and kept on going slowly. The van followed far behind, then i made the next right, which is an upwards hill filled with turns. I did a double downshift to 1st, pinned the gas and held on for dear life. I got away from them and now park my car inside my garage.
