OMFG THE AEM CAI screams at VTEC
Just finished installing it. I had a short ram, Ractive with the Home Depot rubber elbow. man that thing sucked. I actually think I lost power with it.
Man I tell you, get the AEM, my car screams now. And the power...WOW the power. Granted I have a couple of other toys on the car, but wow.
I happened to drive by Marty Sussman Acura and pulled up next to a dealer with someone test driving a TL at the light on Rt 38. Well, the light turned green, I waived to the dealer and never looked back.
You have got to get the AEM CAI
Hopefully will have some pics soon. I have a red one which I haven't seen yet on a TL.
Sorry, gotta go smoke some IS300s.

It was not too hard to install. The biggest pain in the ass was getting the resonator out without removing the bumper. Other than that, it's pretty easy.
Make sure you buy some rubber tubing to go around the raw metal edge where the CAI tube goes down under the car. If not, it will tear up your piping.

See in the picture below, the hole where the CAI tubing goes down into. The right side of it, which would be the front of the hole if you were standing in front of the car has a very raw edge. The intake pipe just about rests on it. This could rub the piping and eventually cause a hole. I would buy some rubber tubing, slice it down the length of one side, open it up a little and run it around the rough edge.
