These guys are kooks about oil.

You'll see the Mobil1, Amsoil & Redline are all very capable of going 10k miles between changes.

You'll also see that the Supertech oil filters that Wal-Mart sells are VERY good filters - far better than Fram.

I do mine 2x a year at 7,500 miles each. I use Mobile1 synthetic

This year I will do 1 oil change.. just before it becomes a hangar queen in early winter... that means less than 7k km or 5k miles...:wow: I use Royal Purple with a K&N filter
