OEM body kit - same for all 2nd gen model years?

Just wondering, is the OEM body kit exactly the same for '99 through '03 TL/TL-S models?

Wow that was confusing.

Front - 2 versions
99-01
02-03

Rear and sides - same model for all years, 99-03

It's pretty obvious when you look at the front end of the 99-01 and 02-03 TL

Oh by the way, for the '02+ front lip, does it replace the whole front bumper or overlap it a bit?

I don't know if anybody knows this, but, does the body kit improve aerodynamics at all or is it just for looks?
