Mr Hyde,

I too, will be purchasing the WW spoiler for my car at a VERY REPUTABLE shop in town for about $70 bucks. As long as you give them your paint code, it will not be a issue. Hope this helps!

Why not tell the dealer that you can get it for $### and see if they'll match? A sale is a sale is a sale. As long as they're not losing money on it, why would they pass up a sale.

Can't hurt to ask them first.

I just bought my OEM bodykit from Acura of Bedford Hills for @ $860. They come factory painted. They were the cheapest that I found.

My freakin dealer at Montclair Acura told me it was $1100. They can kiss my ass.

BTW, I have a 99TL so I don't know if there is one for the 02TL.

Buy it later. You'll save money and you get to keep the old front lip and two side pieces that are removed when the kit is installed. Just in case you ever wanna go back to the no kit look.

Question OEM body kit; buy now ith car or wait till later?

Just wondering would it be better price wise to get the kit with the car, or if they arent really going to give a discount on the kit to wait and maybe buy it from an outside source? Anyone here buy the OEM kit after getting their car from an outside source?

Mr Hyde, Wait until after you buy the car and go to HondaAcuraparts.com. They sell OEM parts for wholesale. They should have the kit as soon as it is available.

Thanx for the info. Are their kits available prepainted from the factory? Regardless I am thinking about a wingswest lip spoiler for the rear trunk lid, and dont know how easy it will be for anyone to match the Aegean blue. Thanx again

How are you getting the WW spoiler for such a cheap price? Is it a replica? I thought I bought mine for a good price and that was at $179.95. Please tell

Chinaman,

The price quoted was to have it painted not purchased. BTW, where did you get your WW spoiler from?

Shamski:

Acura at Bedford Hills is about 65 miles away from us. I went with Blackshadow to pick up his kit, it's about a 1 1/2 hour drive. It's at Bedford Hills, NY. ask for Steve. Tell him that Binh (Blackshadow) sent you. It's worth the trip, or they can ship it to you for about an extra $50 bucks.
