Thumbs down OEM Battery

How many of '99 thru '01 owners are still using the OEM battery? Mine is only 2-1/2 years old and it took a dive. What a piece of crap! Hate to replace with another OEM but does Acura pro-rate stock batteries? First tires...now batteries; whats next! :ar15:

Mom's 99 TL OEM battery didn't last that long...just went out to Costco and grabbed a 84 month one for $60

I have always found Hondas stock batteries last at least 5-6 years. I do however do a lot of highway driving.

Blue??? Mines green, and I believe mine is the original battery that was in the car. I have 79K on it.

That's great to hear some of you are still on the original. Even with a blue indicator my battery was dead. Guess we now know how accurate those indicators are. :p
