Like he said its Very easy. If you get a set of components you will have to judge wether or not to bypass the EQ. they may be very bright if you dont. Bypassing the eq is very simple and there is instructions on this forum somewhere on how to do it.

does anyone have exact numbers on the OEM sub? (size, range, amps, watts, etc)? If i'm going to replace the sub w/ an aftermarket, I need to know exactly what i'm replacing!

well its a 9" free air sub. If your going to replae it with one in the same location Good Luck! Its a VERY shallow opening and a odd size. then you will need to try to find one thats the correct dia. As for the power, dont even think about using the oem sub amp to power the new sub. If your going to do any replacing to get more bass a seald sub box and aftermarket amp is the only way to go

im verry happy wit my stock system. people that sat in my car while i had the volume high asked me if i had a system. as for the actual housing that the speakers/sub are in RATTLES LIKE HELL.
