Hey all, in the midst of working on getting my trans replaced by Acura I stumbled upon this site that deals with incorrect odometer readings on all Honda/Acura from model years 2002 through 2006. Admins/Mods please delete if this is old news. Thanks Tom for the awesome info on the warranties and court cases. I'm tired of the service writers BS and this gives me some ammo to fire back directly to their service manager before the information goes to Corp.

Honda has no update as of yet. Just called them.

 

"If you bought or leased a model year 2002 through 2006 Honda or Acura automobile or a model year 2007 Honda Fit, in the United States or its territories, between April 13, 2002 and November 7, 2006, you may be entitled to receive benefits under a class action settlement."

If they win this class action lawsuit anyone with cars in that range will have their warranties extended by 5%; or from 50,000 miles to 52,500 miles.
