Obx Headers Company doesnt make any sense!
I purchased a set of used Obx headers for my car a while ago & they have not been installed yet because I cant purchase the 2 gaskets & 3 O rings required for the install. I called the OBX main Southern eastcoast headquarters today and they said they dont sell the gaskets or o rings seperately (WTF-WTF)!! The only way to get them is by ordering a new header set. I asked the sales guy if that made any sense to him and he said " no, I see your point". So people with obx headers that may want to take them off and sell them later, beware. There are no replacement gaskets available from the OBX company if one gets damaged.
Is there a alternative to the gaskets and O rings that will fit the obx downpipe?

Sounds like the same issue I had with Racing Hart. They don't sell the individual pieces to their multipiece wheels. I needed a new lip and they said I had to buy an entire wheel.

It is shitty that they don't sell installation hardware separately, but whatever. Nothing we can do about it.

i didnt need to get new gaskets, when i took it to the shop, they have a bunch available in the back or storage room. auto shops should have all types of gaskets lying around and they could match it up for you and just charge you like 2-5 dollars more depending on the price of the gasket.
i was charged 2.50 more for the O-ring or Crush ring parts that they used with my header install which was a grand total of 152.50

oh wow.. if youre going to Midas, then they definitly do have a huge cabinet full of all kinds of gaskets. its definitly there ask them to do a little trial and error on it.
i doubt they'll charge you more than 5 dollars for all 3 gaskets. i got alot of my custom weldings from them and they do stuff for pretty good deals. just that theyre quality isnt that awesome, but it isnt too bad either.
