OBD II Trouble Code P1366 & P1778
Long story short.. I drove my 01 TL into some high water while trying to take a shortcut. The insurance company totaled my car and I bought it back for a good deal. There was water in the oil from the intake, but I drained the oil twice to remove the water, cleaned the spark plugs, and put seafoam in the tank to clear up the water in the cylinders. I borrowed my brother's OBD2 reader and found these codes - P1366 & P1778. I drive my baby to work 6 days a week and put on about 500 miles a week and get about 400 miles for 15 gallons of 92 petro (BP). I've searched the forums, but haven't found any info cause not a lot of people sail their TL's in water. I would like to try and fix it and drive til the wheels fall off.
Any advice is helpful and would be very appreciated. Thanks

P1366 - Some water may have got on that sensor. Not sure exactly where it's located, but my guess would be somewhere near the timing belt, on the passenger side of the engine.
Have you tried pulling the clock backup fuse or disconnecting the battery for an extended amount of time to try and reset the ECU and see if the codes come back?
