Hey Jon,

I did my OBX header install on my '02 TLS over the weekend. It took about 5.5 hours, but it's finally done.

Anyway, to answer your question about the O2 sensor, OBX made the plug hole for the sensor too far up, and due to the length of the sensor, the insulated wires will touch the tranny box and the wires will eventually melt and you'll lose the sensor.

HOWEVER, I did manage to get about 2 to 3 mm of space inbetween the sensor wires and the tranny box by simply using a pair of pliers and a small crowbar to bend the top of the sensor away from the box. I tried wedging a piece of ceramic tile between the tranny box and the sensor, but it popped out as soon as I started the car.

I've driven about 75 miles already with the modified bent sensor, and I have not seen a check engine light. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hope that it'll be okay.

I have no CAI (yet), but I can feel a slight power increase at WOT. I also have resonance at around 2500 to 2900 rpm.

Hope this helps.
