I just finished posting and encoding all the videos and pictures....even whited out peoples plates just in case some members have issues with it

I have 16 videos (mpgs w/ sound) and 81 pics from Sundays meet in Brooklyn which was flawlessly executed by Shoofin`TL, aka Ed; great job!!

I just checked out the movies. In the second movie was that TL modded at all? It's a TL vs CL. The TL lost about 5-6 car length.

Cool videos!! Damn.... that CL-S beat the Type R?? He got headers and intake... must be pumpin out around 280-290HP from his motor?? Damn.... we need a TL-S....

Techincally the permit prohibited us from racing and during the races a government vehicle was watching the whole thing so as soon as we got off the runway the cops were waiting for us....no one got tickets...they just busted out balls

Then shoofin'TL took care of the one guy when they came by wanting to see the permit and all.....

Strobes are usually cheap....like $20-$40 just for the lights, NOT installed though....

The CL-S that won those races was amazing...its was this guys Alex. He had headers and an instake resonator that had a loud humming sound, but sounded great. I have pics of his engine and car, and today i will comment the pics so you know which ones they are....

Hey Snook, you would have been proud of the turnout....everyone was really cool and I think everyone had a good time...unfortunately I don't remember everyones name. The guy who had the TL with the greddy exhaust knew Shoofin`TL I think....

The strobes we all have aren't $20-$40 a piece. The bulb all by itself is $15. The whole package power supply, 4 strobes, wiring, switch panel, is around $300 uninstalled. It's a police strobe kit, not just any old strobe kit.

Yes, but I have Cablevision (Optimum Online)...they suck

The camera is a Sony Digital 8mm...I have to check the model when I get home. The reason the still pics are not crystal clear is because I ripped them from the video...but I guess they do the job.

the strobes also depend on what setup you get also.. you can go with 2 4paks, 1 or 2 6paks, etc... mostly all units come with the 6 strobe outputs but only come with 4 bulbs... but streetz knows his stuff .. that price is about right for one 4 pak..

UW TL I'm the TL that raced Alex's type S and got whipped by like 6 cars, I have Apexi N1 mufflers V-AFC and a aem cai with a hole in it. the hole in the intake slowed me down a little but if u were there from 0-80 he only took me by 3/4 of a car, so he whipped me on top end.

Holy MAMA!! I love that flashing light thing..(Strobe it's called?)

It's so funky... nice and flashy!! So, just wondering, that thing flashes all the time? Even if ur engine's off? (i saw a prelude in my apartment's parking and it's flashing all the time, won't that die out the battery?)

It's so cool, i always wondered what that was.. finally. I think i'll get one, like the one that BMW had.. flashing all over the car... front and back. It'll be cool just to park ur car somewhere and leave it flashing.. lol ^_^

So even at night, when ur headlights are on, would it still flash? (if it does, i think u'll have problem seeing the road...lol)


those flashing thing are so bright too!!! almost looks like HID blue... hehe..

ps. my HID is weird... does't look as white or blue as other TLs.... hummm.. .

Many of you might have slow response times accessing the pics/videos on my server, this is why:

How do you like them ? Those the Evo's ? Have you heard anyone with Comptech their to compare the sound ?
And can you get the mufflers to go up any higher ?

Yes snook, they're the Greddy Evolution. I like em alot, and they sound good, i thought they were going to sound loud and obnoxious but actually its quiet and it was installed into my catalytic convertor, but it didn't fit right, it was short about an inch since these were exhausts for the honda accord but the shop i went to got something and made it fit . . . i dunno what they did but it works and my car isn't broken down. . . so its all good. They look a lil low, imma have them bring them up a bit cause one seems to hang down more then the other one . . . just like my nuts. . . ughhhhh don't mind me right now . . . Im kinda sick and on heavy medication.

$300 bucks for Strobes! Somebody ripped you a$$ off. My uncle got stobes put on his Tahoe for $120, thats only the front, 240 for the rears, It's funny as hell when he turns them, one time a lady pulled over cause she thought he was a cop, oh that was some funnny shiet. They look tight tho.
