now, the final solution to sway bar squeak.
ok , i emailed comptechusa about what would they reccomonend for lube or grease to use on those poluretane bushings.
and this is what i got in my mail......
We now offer a set of hard rubber bushings to get rid of any squeaking that
urethane ones are normally associated with. They sell for $10.00 a pair (#
160-128). If you need to order a set, you can call us at 888-626-6783.
Thanks.
-Joe.
did anyone know about this? and if so do they really releive the squeaking problem?

Rubber bushings can sure get rid of any squeaking. But no matter how hard the rubber is, it will still deform and compress compared to the original polyurethane bushings. So hard rubber bushings = loss in sway bar performance.

Just Teflon tape the bar correctly and you will not have any squeaking problems. I use a thicker mil. tape that I get from Lowes or Home Depot (Orange tint color)
