damn, have it in two weeks and I will go. I am in CT for school right now. But I will be out for easter break in two weeks. It starts April 11th, and ends April 17th I believe. So if you can organize in within those days then I will be there with out a doubt.

 

I have been up here in Gaithersburg, MD for five months now recovering. It would be great to meet - just name the place and time.

 

yeah, I'll try to be there if I'm not installing my piaa's.

How close are you guys to Columbia ??
We might be able to meet at the Columbia Mall. Its relativly large and not hard to find. Thoughts??

 

I'm down for any place and any time. Lets just have a better showing this time. Is there a lot of construction still going on at the Mall?

not much to be worried about. There is just one section but it is fenced off and it isnt very large. They finished building all the parking garages and Nordstroms (where I work) a while ago. I think that it is a good spot to meet. The only bad thing is that there are alot of people from VA that want to go and Columbia Mall is not that close to VA. So I guess we have to wait and see what everyone thinks.

 

But so far it is the 14th with out a doubt right?? That works out perfect in my schedule

 

I'd like to go but, what do you do there? I'm a newbie and have never been to one of these meets. I mean, do you just look at each other's cars and stroke egos (which would make me feel better about how much money I've spent!) or do you race or something? (Nordstroms would probably mind!)
Anyway, I'd like to go and Columbia on the 14th is fine for me-give the Navi a real job to do!

hmmm...how does Hooters sound? I can swing up BWI too since I am not that far from there. And Columbia is like across the street from my house (live near the boundry).

Also, Columbia Mall might get complicated with security and all.

Maybe I can look around for some office buildings that have some large parking lots. Since it is going to be on Saturday, most offices are closed and the parking lot are empty. Then we can swing over to Hooters1

I think that we should meet t BWI!! We can go to hooters as well after we meet. But it is up to the rest of the TL owners that want to participate as well. I just think that it would be easier for everyone to meet at BWI. Thoughts?????

 

Maybe we can lease the runways at BWI for awhile!

I am going to take a ride down to the US Air arena today and see if the parking lot there is locked up when events aren't going on. That would be an awesome palce to meet if it's open. We could definately race there.

Damn BWI is hella far for our centreville ppl. But hooters sounds excellent.

 

BWI is a little far but I dont mind cause I think it would be easier to find for people that dont know that area. But we can deffintly ride to Hooters afterwards and meet up with more people, that would be straight with me. Some one just has to bring a camera!! (Poloroid) thoughts??

We could meet at the CARTER BARON on 16TH & KENNEDY ST. NW WASHINGTONG DC. Thats off ROCK CREEK PARK. they have a few parking lots nobody should be on the back lot.
Thats were they play that LEG MASON Tennis Tournament every year. But any place is fine with me.

I'm fairly new but I'd like to come to the meet. Any venue is fine. Say, how about Shenandoah National Park (like in the Acura commercial)? Meet at someplace like BWI then fire up the Nav system for those who have it. Head over to Skyline Drive, maybe stop at a few Virginia wineries along the way(someone bring the Grey Poupon). The twisty Skyline Drive will give the SportShift a workout. ETA from the Beltway should be about 1.5 - 2 hours. Dinner at the lodge in Skyland, enjoy the sunset over the Blue Ridge mountains, then call it a day.

washington isnt that far but seeing as how I have only driven there once and I was being directed I dont thing I would be able to find this place. Plus if we are in a city and there is a good amount of us what happens if some of us that do not know where we are going get cought at a light?? then we will all be split up.

Do you guys know where the BWI train station is?? Cause we could meet there and it is relativly easy to find. Plus there are alot of big parking lots around that area. If you dont know where it is then I could explain it to who ever needs directions.

Or we could just meet at the inner harbor in Balt. We can figure out where to go to get the group shot after we meet up in the city.

I know that I just threw out a shi* load of ideas to meet at but I was thinking about a spot that came into mind. If you all know where Columbia Mall is but you dont want to meet where there is Security.

Then we can meet at Lake Front accross the street from Columbia Mall!! It is a pretty big parking lot and becuase it is across from the mall it isnt hard to find.

What does everyone think???? Columbia???? thoughts???

 

The reason why the CL owners are going to BWI is because soopa will be coming down from NY to meet up w/ us. Then we're planing on going to hooters. Yeah it far but who cares it'll be like 20 + cl/tl's hopefully.

Well if we meet up at BWI i hope we can find a spot for all of us to park(together) because everytime i go to BWI its hectic. But i only go to the terminal parking area, so if there is another parking area big enough to hold all the TLs and CLs then i'm all for it.
