What is a purge valve? Is it nessecary? Thanks

 

It bleeds air out of the system so that when you hit the NOS it's instant........but for us it's just show...

 

So it shoots a white stream of nos into the air when you hit it? If thats the case I want

 

Yup it shoots a thick stream of white nitrous gas up from the hood area and it purges the line of gaseous nitrous for a more instant boost. I have one and I feel it's worth it. Nothing beats the feeling when I'm at a light and some ricer revs on me and I purge on his azz and see the shocked expression on his/her face.
