When I am driving with the windows down, there is a very audible rustling noise that sounds like it is coming from the front driver side wheel well area- It almost sounds like air being released or something, but that's not it, I can't put my finger on it. Anyone have any ideas??

 

try tightening your lug nuts. one time i had one lug nut a little loose and it made a really annoying noise.
