Noise from headers
i was reading about the headers in a diferent thread,
for thoose of you who have it, does it change the noice , is it really noisy? i mean i dotn have an exhaust or intake, so i mean if i would jus put that , would it make a loud noise as an exhaust, or kind of a sucking noise like an intake?

No, and no. Some dealers just don't want to bother with them....
Since your in NY, just go to Park Ave Acura in NJ. The praised Acura service department used by many members and host of the annual Park Ave Meet. Look it up in the Meet Forum if you haven't seen it yet.

Actually, you do hear the headers at higher rpm (in VTEC range). But the sound is very sweet. You won't regret it. Since I have CAI and exhaust, I wonder if it's the combination of all those mods but I'm pretty certain most of the sound would be coming from the headers. Anybody disagree with me? The sound I'm talking about is the high "buzz" sound in VTEC range. I know even without headers you can also hear it, but with the headers, the sound is very different.
