Noise coming form the front end, can't find what it is...

Had 2 upper balljoints replaced cause they were loose had all the stab links checked also and they seem to be fine. The car drives alot better but there's still a "clunk"
when i go over bumps and so on.What could it be?

check all of the above. Assuming the lower ball joints were inspected when the uppers were replaced, I'd say it's most likely the strut mounts.

^ he said they were checked, doesnt mean they are good. I replaced a upper ball joint and it still makes noise. There is play in it and needs to be re-replaced.

I changed 2 motor mounts(front big one and passenger side one),lower ball joints are good,if it's a worn shock, wouldn't the car bounce more?

if it were the shocks, yes u would bounce like a mfer..

but back to the lower bjs, how did he check em? by hand (12/6, 9/3)
or with a pry bar? get him to do it with a pry bar if he didnt, most cases by hand, u can feel it if the bj is extemely fucked...by using the pry bar u can exert more force into it, and really see if its out of the socket...

Could it be rear engine mount? Cause when i start the car 70% of the time it'll make a noise as if something is jumping in there (1 jump) when I crank the engine,It's been doing it since I have the car and no one knows what it is!!!!!

If you hear it while going over bumps its suspension related. If your mount was that bad that the motor flopped while hitting bumps you would have much worse problems.
