noise after wash
Hi,
just want to know does your cls make a grining noise when stopping after a car wash?
my does and it happens in the first 5 mins of the drive after the car wash.
the dealer said it happens to every car? but i don't think so, anyway, can someone please verify that?

yes it is normal... especially during the winter seassons. The noise you are hearing are coming from the disk break, NOT the wheels. For the first couple min or so, the disk break is wet, causing it to slip off the disk pad when break pressure is just right for stoping and just before stoping. Hope this help you in some way. PS if it makes noise druing summer time, then it should last much shorter than 1 min, abouit 20sec.

errr...could it be your brake is wet? I could barely stop when I had a toyota truck after a wash.
