Thumbs down NO!!! Oh NO!!! Don't.........AHHH........

Ok, here's what happened. On Monday at about 12:40 pm. My brother was coming from work to pick me up so we could go to school (SHU).

He was kinda speeding down the street at about 40-45 mph. Then he attempts to make a right turn into a small street, skidds and goes into the tree and scrapes the right side of the car on a Do Not Park Sign.

Here's the diagram that I made of the accident. Don't have real Pics yet

now we are talking about major understeer here (thanks Gomez and Nazi). And according to the picture he hit the left side of the car, not the right side. If u had some sways u would have made it, even better with springs.

sorry to hear that your new 2001 TL has to be fixed.

well what can ya do, right? He scraped the right side of the car on the second sign(it was like a do not park here sign or somehthing), I took pics, but it's not up yet. That's not where the car stopped completely.

Looks like a little more planning for the apex would have helped alot. At that speed, it would have been best to use the opposing traffic lane (if available). Then the back end would behave more predicably.

Man, I have no idea what in the F... He was doing or thinking. I was not in the car, or otherwise I would have been driving and this would have never happened.

thats not so bad.... back in my riceboy dayz i paniced on a curv and slamed on the brakes, so the front wheels locked up and my car "Skied" to the left and my front left wheel hit the curb, killed my rim, f###ed up the sub-frame, axle etc, upper A arm, cost me 1G to fix, too bad i didnt put on the v-tec sticker at the time nor did i put on the Eibach sticker and tokico sticker (which i did after i got the real things) or else those stickers would have made my car handle better, but if i didnt lock up my front wheel and accelerate i would have made the turn... or if 2 of my friends werent in my car...was going about 60 tought a tight s curv suburban street....
