my windows were up...i thought the car was locked but who knows...if i see someone out there stealin crap at night im probably gonna be in jail the next day
If you really want to get him set up a camera, I know it seems stupid and you would probably get more gratification out of kicking his ass, but I think it would be worse for him if his ass ended up in jail. Or fuck it, you could do both.

HMM? Guess you didn't lock the car. The alarm would have gone off and alerted someone if it was locked. No sign of forced entry. I learned my lesson many years ago when I left my car unlocked and lost my tool box out of the trunk. I make it a point now to alway watch the door locks go down!
Why did you leave your camera in the car??? My boss had her 2k labtop stolen out of CLK the other night, but they broke her window so they wouldn't have to open her doors...She keeps asking herself why she left her labtop in the car

Actually, I feel ya. A certain someone on AZ *cough* PA *cough* left my window down when I parked my car at night at the casinos. Luckily, my visor mounted V1 was still there when we got back.

nothing was open...i guess some how the door was unlocked..i always beep the alarm 3 times before walking inside..guess the one time i didnt the nice people broke into my car
Crime does not discriminate... neither should you...
Theft sucks... the less shitty side is that no physical damage was done to the car. If you have insurance, get it partially recovered, and if the car was parked on a property, file a claim against the renters/homeowners insurance... $350 + $500 = $850 - $500 deductible = $a new radar detector (maybe more too if your deductible on theft is lower).
