Are you ABSOLUTELY SURE you're vent is open?!

Lol jk. If the middle vent (right above the A/C controls) is working, then the driver's side should work. I believe it's tubing is the same source.

Maybe the vent got stuck closed and some plastic broke? Though that doesn't seem likely, as it's pretty sturdy. I've removed that dash piece many times without problems.

Hmm... run a DTC code for the HVAC system and tell me what it says. Turn off car, turn the key to accessory mode (II) (engine still off), and then press and hold AUTO and OFF together.

Does your auto temperature display flash anything?

manual ac/vent controls or the navi dash auto-control system?
can you get heat thru the same vents or nothing at all?
there is a divertor door in the system to direct air that bust a cable stay or similar idea.
any chance you often switch vent modes with the fan on max?

Recirculate <-> Outside air = Vent Mode

Yea, it seems like something is stuck. I'm pretty sure the center vent and the driver's vent are the same tubing. Did you run the dtc? If it's something like a motor or linkage being broken, the dtc will tell you.

Yup with Recirculate it should give more Air output..
But its wierd looking at the schematics there isnt any block aside from the Air Vent switching, BUT the Vent switch is local for every vent in front of the Dash.

(Front Left) + (Center Left) (Center Right) + (Front Right)
(Tube) + (Tube)
(Center Switching)

So FL & CL are conected to the same source, So like Karanx7 said the Center Left should have no Output aswell.

How do I do vent mode? to see of thats the problem or if this fixes the problem i normally get in go to my nav and hit 3-5 on the a/c settings (depending on how hot it is) with a/c button on.
