Question for anyone in the Central NJ area...my inspection is due at the end of March. I have tints on all 5 windows and would like to avoid having to strip off the tint on the front 2 windows to pass inspection. I know I can't use any of the state sanctioned stations, so does anyone know of any private auto shops that'll pass my car with the tints on? (I know I'll have to pay, oh well)

 

sure.. there's a few in northern jersey that i know of.. im not sure about central though. i have a friend living in the livingston area that got it done somewhere and passed with his blue blinkers, tints, headers, and some other stuff that youre not supposed to have on.

oyeah.. i didnt even know that headers wont let you pass inspections are the state stations.. really weird

 

how mjuch does it cost around to get a car passed with tints and etc?
